How to Apply
Visit serviceonline.bihar.gov.in. New users must register to create a Login ID and Password. Log in, click 'Apply for Service', fill the form, upload photo, and make corrections. Verify with Aadhaar OTP or upload an approved ID. Attach necessary annexures, review, and submit. Download/print the acknowledgment. Issued certificates will be available in the applicant's inbox for download.
