How to Apply
Online: Visit the official NVSP website, sign up with mobile/email, fill in personal details, set a password, and verify with OTP. Log in, select 'Fill Form 6' for new registration, complete the form with personal, relative, contact, Aadhaar, DOB, and address details. Upload documents, preview, and submit. Offline: Visit the nearest State Election Office, request and fill Form 6, then submit it with a photo and supporting documents.
