The UPSSSC Pharmacist Recruitment applications must be submitted online through the council’s website. The steps to submit the application form are as follows: Step 1: Registration Authentication Options In this step, candidates are presented with two options to authenticate their registration number for the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET). They can either use their personal details or opt for an O.T.P. sent to their registered mobile number or email. Step 2: Personal Information Update After successful authentication, candidates are required to enter their personal information such as name, father/husband's name, mother's name, details of Uttar Pradesh residency, category, EWS status, horizontal reservation details, date of birth, gender, marital status, contact mobile number, and email. Step 3: Educational Qualification Details In this section, candidates must provide information related to their mandatory educational qualifications as specified in the advertisement. They need to indicate if they possess the required qualifications, enter details such as the name of the board/institution/university, year of passing, certificate/roll number, date of issue of qualification certificate, and marks obtained. Step 4: Verification and Submission After filling in all the necessary information, candidates need to enter the verification code displayed at the bottom of the registration page and click on the "Submit" button. Upon successful submission, candidates will receive a Candidate's Application Form containing an 11-digit registration number and other details. It is advised to print a copy of this form for future reference and presentation if required during the selection process.
