Must be a native resident of Bihar. Must have passed graduation or equivalent examination after April 25, 2018.
Applicants must apply online through the official Mukhyamantri Balika Snatak Protsahan Yojana portal. First, register on the portal, then log in using the received ID and password. Fill in personal details and upload required documents like passport size photo, scanned signature, Aadhaar card, domicile certificate, bank passbook copy, graduation mark sheet, and caste certificate. After reviewing, submit the application.
